Department of Sanitation Walk
From time to time, we ask the Department of Sanitation to come down to Southern Blvd to do a community walk through. This gives our director and staff an opportunity to describe problem areas where, for example, trash is not collected or storefronts or other resident businesses are not following proper procedures, and work together to solve these issues. We also have the chance to introduce our latest BID staff, the folks who help keep Southern Blvd clean and accessible, as well as business owners who may have a pressing issue to discuss.
